Andy Lee has been working hard on renovating his new $8.5million mansion.

Located in Hawthorn, the once grand home was left wasting for a decade before Andy, 42, and his long term sweetheart Rebecca Harding, 31, snapped it up for a whopping $8.5million. The Hundred host told the Herald Sun that he decided to start work on the mansion next year after part of the remaining roof fell in. In a statement to the Herald Sun, Boroondara Council confirmed it had issued a notice of decision to grant a planning permit for the Yarra Grove address.
