Andy Cohen's West Village apartment sold for $12 million after a $2 million price cut, with Ryan Serhant handling the NYC real estate deal

Cohen’s friend and Bravo cohort, Million Dollar Listing New York and Owning Manhattan real estate agent Ryan Serhan t, shared via Instagram on Monday, May 21, that he had inked a deal for the apartment. Cohen, 56, worked with famed architect Gordon Kahn to combine four units into his dream apartment in the West Village, complete with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, wood-burning fireplaces and a steam room. Cohen and longtime pal Anderson Cooper recently went on a spring break trip with their families to Florida, where his daughter Lucy hilariously made up with Disney character Daisy Duck.
