Andrew Garfield, Cynthia Erivo and Andrew Scott to Star in Audible Adaptation of ‘1984’
Tom Hardy will voice Big Brother in the Audible Original, which will feature a score from Muse singer Matthew Bellamy and composer Ilan Eshkeri.
The Amazing Spider-Man and Wicked stars will play Winston and Julia, respectively, alongside Fleabag’s Andrew Scott as O’Brien and Inception’s Tom Hardy as Big Brother. The audio adaptation will also feature an original score written by Muse front-man Matthew Bellamy and composer Ilan Eshkeri, which will be performed by a 60-piece orchestra at Abbey Road studio. The Audible Originals division has also struck development deals to create new works with authors such as James Patterson and stars such as Kerry Washington’s Simpson Street Productions, George Clooney’s Smokehouse Pictures and Issa Rae’s Raedio.
