Andrew Garfield and Monica Barbaro had an adorable moment after her Met Gala debut fueling relationship speculation

While the British actor, 41, wasn’t in attendance at the annual fashion event, he was on hand to greet Barbaro, 34, as she returned to New York City’s The Mark Hotel in the early hours of Tuesday, May 6, following the Met Gala. While the A Complete Unknown actress was dressed in a stylish sheer black gown with floral detailing, Garfield looked understated in a baseball cap, an Ernie T-shirt and a white-and-blue overshirt. Garfield and Barbaro both wore baseball caps as they posed onstage with the cast, including 2025 Tony Award nominees Sadie Sink, Gabriel Ebert, Fina Strazza, playwright Kimberly Belflower and director Danya Taymor.
