Andrea Londo Joins CBS’ ‘Matlock’ In Recurring Role
Andrea Londo (Narcos) is set for a key recurring role in Matlock, CBS‘ upcoming drama series inspired by the classic TV series of the same name.
From Jennie Snyder Urman, Matlock stars Bates as Madeline “Matty” Matlock, a brilliant septuagenarian who achieved success in her younger years and decides to rejoin the work force at a prestigious law firm where she uses her unassuming demeanor and wily tactics to win cases. Olympia’s ex-husband, Julian (Jason Ritter), the son of the head of the firm (Beau Bridges), is intrigued by Matty and her clever skills. She was most recently seen in Nicole Gomez Fisher’s Good Egg, which was acquired by Vertical at TIFF in 2023, and next will be seen in Adventure Tom, a road trip dramedy written and directed for Create Entertainment by Miguel Duran( Monsoon), set for release in late 2024.
