Amy Forsyth and Christian Cooke have joined the cast of “ Plainclothes,” a new independent film from writer-director Carmen Emmi. Set in the ’90s and inspired by true events, the film follows a working-class undercover officer tasked with entrapping and apprehending gay men, only to find himself drawn to one of his targets. Cooke is a dynamic British actor who will next be seen in the feature “Embers,” which he co-wrote, produced, directed and stars in opposite Ruth Bradley.
