Amy Dowden has spoken out about her memorable interaction with the Princess of Wales amid her cancer battle.

On a recent episode of Loose Women, the dancer revealed that she’d had an unexpected hospital visitor during her chemo treatment – none other than Princess Kate. (Credit: ITV) Speaking to the panel and the audience, Amy said: “I was lucky enough to meet [Kate] during my chemo treatment, and she gave me so much time. My mum’s had cancer twice and it’s just the thought [Kate] has to go through it in the public eye and she’s got three young children,” Amy said.
