The 34-year-old reality star and mum-of-four took to Instagram to share her anxiety, posting heartfelt snaps of seven-year-old Polly before the operation. In one image, Polly is seen beaming in her hospital bed, dressed in cute mint green pyjamas, with Amy captioning it: "My brave girl this morning. Earlier, the ' The Only Way Is Essex' alum had reached out to her followers for support, sharing a throwback picture of Polly from their Tenerife holiday.
