Amy Adams, 50, reveals why she felt 'so vulnerable and exposed' during her early 'naive' years in Hollywood


The 50-year-old actress has enjoyed a hugely successful career in the movie business, but Amy initially struggled with self-doubts and vulnerabilities, she told Variety.

She won two consecutive Golden Globe Awards for Best Actress for playing a seductive con artist in the crime film American Hustle (2013) and painter Margaret Keane in the biopic Big Eyes (2014). She starred in the science fiction film Arrival (2016), a self-harming reporter in the HBO miniseries Sharp Objects (2018), and Lynne Cheney in the satire Vice (2018). She seeks a new chapter in her life and encounters just that, when her nightly routine takes a surreal turn and her maternal instincts begin to manifest in canine form
