Whenever someone posted about their latest science-defying transformation, the comment section would be filled with people asking: “Where’s the girl with the list?” Her services are needed once again as Searchlight Pictures has shared the first trailer for Nightbitch, a film in which motherhood turns Amy Adams into a literal dog. Instead of arranging colors on a canvas, she’s slipping on the mess of finger paint and spaghetti that her tornado toddler left in his wake. Then comes the “surreal turn” — in which Adams’ character starts growing fur, attracting dogs, and caving into the primal urges that lead her to forgo using any utensils and instead just shove her face into plates of food.
