American Film Market Returns to Los Angeles for 46th Edition
The American Film Market will return to Los Angeles for its 46th edition.
“Our return to LA holds special significance in the aftermath of the recent devastating fires,” said Jean M. Prewitt and Clay Epstein, who serve as CEO and chairperson, respectively, of the Independent Film and Television Alliance, the organizer of AFM. The shift in locale was not well received, forcing attendees to travel away from their Los Angeles homes only to be met by expensive hotel fees and a lukewarm buyer’s market. “Your feedback has underscored the importance of AFM as a gathering space and of Los Angeles as the optimal location,” Prewitt and Epstein added.
