AMC hasn’t admitted wrongdoing but agreed to a $8.3 million settlement to resolve the privacy class action lawsuit. In addition to this recovery, AMC will make changes to its website tracking and will suspend, remove or modify its use of Meta Pixel in order to align with the VPPA.
