Earlier in the day, she set pulses racing once again as she headed off to film an evening dinner scene in a revealing black dress which offered a glimpse of her matching underwear underneath Ella, 24, sat in the audience to support her boyfriend - who is 10 years her elder - and host Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern grabbed the opportunity to bring up their on-off fling.
