On Wednesday, June 12, the model, 40, posted two snaps to her Instagram Stories of the former couple celebrating their elementary school grad, son Sebastian, 11. In the first photo, Sebastian stands with six of his classmates holding up a balloon with a big smile across his face. “My baby graduated elementary school today 🥲😩🥰,” the proud mom wrote over the picture.
