"Novocaine" star Amber Midthunder and civil rights activist Cecilia Chung are among those being honored at the CAPE Radiance Gala.
Amber Midthunde r (“Novocaine”) and civil rights leader and trans and health activist Cecilia Chung are among those set to be honored by CAPE( Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment) at the third annual Radiance Gala. Emmy Award-winning editor Aika Miyake (“Shōgun”), actor Maia Kealoha (“Lilo & Stitch”), actor-comedian-writer Zarna Garg (“A Nice Indian Boy”), Daria Overby (executive director of creative diversity and inclusion for Starz) and Oscar-winning producer Samantha Quan (“Anora”) will also be honored. The celebration will honor the incredible talent advancing Asian and Pacific Islander representation in front of and behind the camera over the last year, and highlights their exceptional efforts in entertainment.
