Amazon Prime Video ‘s upcoming series based on James Patterson’s Alex Cross novels is being renewed for Season 2, Variety has learned from sources. If “Cross” proves to be popular, it would be the latest successful Amazon series based on a long-running novel character. Isaiah Mustafa and Ryan Eggold will star with Hodge in Season 1, along with Karen LeBlanc, Melody Hurd, Juanita Jennings, Caleb Elijah, Jennifer Wigmore , and Samantha Walkes.
