Amazon has reduced the price of Jack Daniel's Gentleman Jack whiskey to £20, down from its usual £36 making it cheaper than Tesco, and it's a great Christmas gift for whiskey lovers
The Gentleman Jack, renowned for its exceptional smoothness thanks to a special double-mellowing process through charcoal, is presented in a distinctive bottle and offers a rich flavour profile with hints of maple syrup, fruit, and vanilla spice. However, not everyone was completely won over, as one reviewer noted: "It's definitely much smoother than the Tennessee Whiskey, but it's not as smooth as JW Red or Black," and further clarified in their three-star assessment: " Gentleman Jack has a slight dry aftertaste which I could do without, but for me I'm happy to stick with Johnny Walker." Meanwhile, another enthusiast weighed in, remarking: "While a little smoother, to me there is less flavour than offered up in the original No.7 Jack Daniel's," and pointed out that it lacked the 'spicy' and 'aromatic' traits that they cherished in the classic, nor did it match its 'sweetness'.
