Amazon Music Rolls Out AI-Generated Playlist Feature for Some U.S. Users

An Amazon Music AI playlist feature is now available for some U.S. users. The feature will allow users to generate playlists based on text prompts.

Called Maestro, the offering is still in beta and available only to a small number of Amazon Music users on all tiers in the United States on iOS and Android. The news follows Spotify’s recent announcement about its own AI playlist feature, designed to help users find new music based on the works they already listen to. The difference now is that, with these new features, streamers can create playlists based on text prompts encompassing sounds, activities, moods, places, emojis and more.
