Amazon MGM Studios Teams Up With Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program to Create Opportunities for HBCU Graduates

Amazon MGM Studios has partnered with the Entertainment Industry College Outreach program to create more opportunities for HBCU graduates.

The partnership makes it possible for EICOP to continue its initiative in bringing diverse perspectives to the table by hosting student leaders and recent college grads for paid internships across all aspects of its business beginning in the summer of 2025. “We are committed to building a home for talent that nurtures creativity, inclusive storytelling, and innovation both on screen and off” said Amanda Baker-Lane, global head of DEIA for Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video. Each year’s cohort will spend the summer in EICOP’s Los Angeles, New York or Atlanta based program gaining invaluable hands-on experience working with one of its industry partner organizations which now includes Amazon MGM Studios, Disney, NBCUniversal, Sony Pictures, Warner Bros., CAA, WME, UTA and others.
