Amazon Horror Comedy Pilot ‘Nightbeast’ Casts Cory Michael Smith, Michael Dorman, Miles Marthaller (EXCLUSIVE)
The Amazon horror comedy pilot "The Nightbeast" has added three new series regulars to its cast, Variety has learned exclusively.
Maslany will star as Amy, described as “a young mother unsatisfied with her seemingly perfect suburban life who begins an affair with the boogeyman in her son’s closet – a surprisingly sexy man called the Nightbeast. He has also been in shows like “Patriot” at Amazon and the Apple TV+ series “For All Mankind.” His film credits include “The Invisible Man” with Elisabeth Moss and “The Water Diviner” with Russell Crowe. Peter Warren also executive produces along with Justin Levy, Fred Berger and Brian Kavanaugh-Jones of Station26, A Range Company, and Kristen Campo of Campout.
