Amazon & Lionsgate Strike UK Content Deal
Amazon and Lionsgate have struck an MGM+ UK content deal for Starz shows including Outlander, Power Book & The Serpent Queen
The partnership will see a wealth of Lionsgate and Starz content featured on Amazon streamer MGM+ including Outlander, Power Book and The Serpent Queen. Lionsgate+ subscribers who joined via Prime Video Channels in the UK will now get access to the MGM service beginning in April. “The expansion of MGM+ in the United Kingdom further cements Amazon’s commitment to invest in and grow the MGM+ channel internationally, while enhancing the content offering available to subscribers,” said Josh McIvor, global general manager, MGM+.
