More than 15 years later, Amanda Seyfried stopped short of confirming a sequel to her 2009 horror comedy 'Jennifer's Body' is in the works.

Last year, Cody expressed optimism in a potential Jennifer’s Body 2 after hopes that her latest film Lisa Frankenstein would be the “final push that I need to actually make it happen. Although she acknowledged to Deadline that the original movie was a “commercial and critical disaster” after it was mis-marketed, Cody said the film’s cult status has renewed her inspiration with the genre.
