Amanda Keller reveals she had to go into therapy when her kids left home: 'We have to resist the urge to strap ourselves to them and never let go'


Amanda Keller has opened up about the emotional rollercoaster of motherhood.

In an interview published in Mel Wilson's new book Parenting In Progress, the radio personality, 62, spoke to the author about the difficulty she faced as her sons Liam, 22, and Jack, 20, grew older. The WSFM breakfast host explained her husband received the diagnosis about six years ago, but the couple had only now decided to discuss the disease publicly. Parkinson's is an incurable brain disorder characterised by uncontrollable movements, including shaking, stiffness, and challenges with balance and coordination.
