Amanda Holden has opened up about Jamie Theakston's absence from the Heart Radio breakfast show after the 53 year old underwent surgery to remove a lesion from his vocal chords
After a weekend break, fans were greeted by Amanda, 53, and her temporary co-host Jason King aka JK, as Jamie is recuperating at home post-surgery. Just yesterday, the 53 year old shared with his followers that he had a throat lesion removed after listeners raised concerns about his health due to his on-air coughing fits. "Got it checked Doctors found a lesion on my vocal chords which I've had removed this weekend thanks for all the kind messages should be back on my feet soon in the meantime," followed by a zipped-mouth emoji.
