It involves a series of rounds testing contestants' knowledge and strategic thinking, with 25 episodes featuring members of the public and six celebrity specials. The Britain's Got Talent judge was engaging in hot and cold therapy which is can soothe stiff joints and relieve achy muscles if you have a foot or ankle condition like arthritis, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, or bunions.
