Amanda Holden 'lands a new job as she scoops BBC judging role to rival Britain's Got Talent'

The TV personality, 53, who has honed her judging skills on ITV's Britain's Got Talent, has become one of the most in-demand faces on primetime television

The Heart FM presenter was reportedly wowed by a Japanese comedian who performed impressions with his hair, and pressed the buzzer that would send him straight through to the semi-finals. This series has seen the judges be far more generous when it comes to pressing the coveted Golden Buzzer, with Simon Cowell, Amanda and Bruno all hitting the button within the first 20 acts of the auditions. Simon missed a small number of evening auditions after his headache came on and he left the tryouts early before returning for the next run in Manchester as planned.
