Amanda Bynes shared insight into her weight loss journey, taking to social media to reveal some current stats
As a result of the former child star’s fitness efforts, her workout goals for the day were officially met, confirmed by the large red circle displayed at the top of the screenshot. Bynes followed the Instagram Story up with a video of herself walking down the street wearing dark sunglasses and a black beanie, seemingly offering a glimpse of her day’s fitness achievements. Bynes shared via Instagram Stories on March 28 that she had “gained over 20 lbs” over the span of several months, “from being depressed.” She wrote, “I’m doing a lot better now and have learned to do opposite action when I don’t feel like working out or eating clean.”
