Amanda Bynes was pictured enjoying an outing with pal Paul Sieminski in Los Angeles on Sunday.
The What a Girl Wants star — who recently hosted an art show — accessorized her outfit with a white Prada purse and pearl earrings, as well as a nose ring. Sharing the items via her Instagram Stories at the time, Amanda wrote, 'My associate's of art degree majoring in product development at FIDM paid off.' It comes 14 years after Bynes retired from acting amid mental health issues and substance abuse; seen at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards in Universal City, California
