Amanda Abbington flashes a smile as she joins fiancé Jonathan Goodwin at the press night of The Last Laugh on London's West End

Amanda Abbington was all smiles as she attended the press night of The Last Laugh with her fiance Jonathan Goodwin.

But complaints of verbal bullying and harassment meant the BBC issued an apology but Giovanni said he was 'pleased the report has not found any evidence of threatening or abusive behaviour'. The actress signed up for a month-long stint in a show called (This Is Not A) Happy Room at the trendy King's Head Theatre in Islington, portraying the role of Esther. Amanda, who has two children from her previous relationship with The Office and Sherlock star Martin Freeman, will play alongside Outlanders actress Rosie Day, who also wrote the dark comedy which is hailed as 'Saltburn meets Schitt's Creek'.
