In stark contrast, Hannigan Denisof has been tickling all these funny bones since her very first big break in American Pie up to her brilliant run as Lily Aldrin in How I Met Your Mother. While this will probably never be a Grammy nomination for her (although the Recording Academy really ought to consider instating that category), it is a great reminder of why people fell in love with Alyson in the first place. Here we have a hopeful moment for Hollywood to finally cast Hannigan Denisof in some leading comedic roles if they would take note of this and her recent conventions appearances where she shone with equal wit and charm.
