Speaking to PEOPLE at the BirthFUND Brunch Fundraiser in Los Angeles, the professional dancer, 36, says the summer holiday has "already been hard" on her daughters Zaia, 3, and Weslie, 15, and son Maddox, 8. The mom of three shares the importance of honesty and vulnerability in their family, adding that they “embrace” the difficult emotions that arise.
