Shortly after announcing on Instagram that she'd be departing from E News!, Rancic opened up to PEOPLE in November 2019 about potentially looking to add another member to her family as she embarked on her next chapter of life. “He speaks Italian, Spanish and English,” revealed the TV personality, who was born in Italy and spoke to her son in her native language. Once his mom realized the antics going on behind her — namely, Duke busting a move in front of the huge news screen — she left her seat to tend to her budding entertainer.
