Alison Sweeney last played Sami Brady on Peacock’s ‘Days of Our Lives’ in 2022

Despite a few back-to-work jitters, Sweeney said she enjoys stepping back into the role of Marlena Evans ( Deidre Hall) and Roman Brady (currently played by Josh Taylor). Sweeney originally exited Days to focus on other projects, including her long list of Hallmark movies which feature The Wedding Veil franchise and the Hannah Swensen Mysteries.
