Alison Hammond suffers dance blunder as she falls over in hilarios This Morning moment


This Morning presenter Alison Hammond showcased the pitfalls of live TV during a special ballet themed segment of the popular ITV show as she suffered a tumble mid demonstration

The bubbly presenter, 49, who is renowned for rising to any challenge, joined her co-host Dermot O’Leary to take part in a very special ballet segment with the Silver Swans - a company who organise dance lessons for senior citizens. During the segment, Alison attempted to perform a low demi-plie, a staple ballet move in which the knees bend, however the star lost her balance mid plie and toppled onto all fours before descending into giggles at the unfortunate gaffe.
