Alison Hammond says she hasn't wanted to use weight loss medication as she discusses transformation


The This Morning presenter, 49, started working with a personal trainer twice a week after discovering she was pre-diabetic and has since dropped several dress sizes

This Morning's Alison Hammond has opened up about her fitness journey, revealing that she didn't want to resort to weight loss medication. Reflecting on a conversation she had with her mother, she told Good Housekeeping magazine: "Just before she died, Mum said to me ‘If you can, sort out your weight, Alison’ – and that really set it in my head."
