ITV's This Morning star Alison Hammond opened up about her secret parenting battle during her son Aiden's school days as the mum of one declared: "So dry, man.”
Talking about a segment on Wednesday's This Morning on kids Lunchbox Hacks, led by Suzanne Mulholland 'the Batch Lady', Dermot quizzed his co-host Alison about her own time prepping meals for Aiden. The star is working with yogurt bran Yoplait, who are behind Petits Filous and Frubes, to promote their report that parents are more likely to give kids ‘junk food’ over a dairy source of calcium. According to the yoghurt giants study, parents are opting to feed their children biscuits and crisps over dairy-rich snacks, leading to a rise nutrient deficiencies.
