Alison Hammond 'devastated' over This Morning boss' exit saying he 'doesn't want to leave'

This Morning presenter Alison Hammond has opened up about her 'devastation' as a member of the show's team has announced they are leaving the ITV daytime show

After Phil left, there were allegations of a 'toxic workplace' on the daytime show, however, there was no finding of such a culture on This Morning an external review found in December last year.
