McKenna will write and direct the adaptation of Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes book.
Published on April 1 by William Morrow, the book is the authors’ latest behind-the-scenes look at a presidential election cycle, this time focusing on the Biden, Harris and Trump campaigns. In a statement, McKenna said, “Allen and Parnes have created a thrilling, page-turning, deeply-sourced account of one of the most important moments in recent history, one with which we were all obsessed.
