Alicia Douvall has got engaged to her boyfriend David Anstiss during a romantic getaway to the Maldives, she revealed on Thursday.
In February, MailOnline revealed Alicia's new man as director of Solution Engineering David, who is in a career worlds away from her usual exes (pictured on Valentine's Day) But after 18 boob jobs, 11 nose tweaks, bum implants and even having her ribs shaved down Alicia gave up going under the knife and over the past decade has built a successful skincare brand, centered, ironically enough, around the ethos of natural anti-aging. Born Sarah Howes (she changed her name to one more suited to glamour modelling), her father was a self-made millionaire and Tory councillor and she attended the prestigious Springfield Park School, Horsham, West Sussex.
