Ali Fedotowsky shared a photo of her husband Kevin Manno gearing up for surgery after receiving a thyroid cancer diagnosis last month

Former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky underwent a complete “body transformation” ahead of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. Manno explained to “Almost Famous” hosts Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti that he and Fedotowsky got full-body scans last year and shared the results with their respective doctors.
