Alex Pike debuted her new romance with American plastic surgeon Dr Sachin Shridharani last year.
During one romantic date night, the 46-year-old slipped her curves into a skintight brown catsuit with a Louis Vuitton belt that highlighted her small waist. The Harvard-educated doctor is one of the top names in his field and was trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital. She runs clinics in Albury and Melbourne and has since branched out into the health and wellness space with her own eight-week kickstart program called Inside Out Beauty.
