Alex Jones jokes that if The One Show ever aired her rehearsals she would be 'massively cancelled' and has to 'insert her BBC filter' just before going on air

Alex Jones has joked that if The One Show ever aired her rehearsals she would be 'massively cancelled'.

The Welsh presenter, 47, has worked on the show for 14 years but says she still makes mistakes on the job and has to 'insert her BBC filter' just before they go on air (with co-stars Jermaine Jenas and Alex Jones) The pair - who started replacing the regular presenters from Monday - were joined by the cast of tornado blockbuster Twisters, including Daisy Edgar-Jones, Glen Powell and Anthony Ramos - as well as comedy alum Alan Carr. The TV star didn't appear on the hit BBC show as usual - just shortly after announcing she is moving home in an emotional Instagram post
