Alex Jones admits 'I make mistakes' as she breaks silence on The One Show 'nightmares'
The One Show presenter Alex Jones has opened up about the "nightmares" she faces on the BBC programme, as well as admitting that she makes "mistakes" on the show
The seasoned BBC host and face of The One Show for over a decade dished to Bella magazine about her adventures on air, from "nightmares" to lovely interviewees. Unsure of an ideal balance, Alex finds solace in overcompensating with affection, saying she tends to "overdo it on the love front", ensuring the kids are "they are up to here in hugs". Alex couldn't hide her excitement when Charlie unexpectedly gifted her with an adorable Labrador puppy called Scout earlier this month.
