Alesha Dixon surprises sweet five-year-old amputee backstage on BGT
Alesha Dixon surprised five-year-old Pride Of Britain winner Aiyla Mota backstage at Britain's Got Talent and shared a sweet moment with her while on a backstage tour
The brave five year old, who underwent amputation of both legs and five fingers in March 2023 due to sepsis, was visiting the BGT auditions in Blackpool this week with her mum, Eulanda. After three grueling weeks in an induced coma in intensive care, doctors gave Eulanda the heartbreaking news that amputations were necessary to save Aiyla's life. Now mum and daughter are looking forward to attending the star-studded Pride of Britain ceremony on Monday, 21 October to collect the award in person.
