Over the past three days, the actor has been on trial after he unknowingly fired a live round that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie Rust. According to TMZ, his attorney, Alex Spiro, accused the authorities in court of intentionally concealing evidence of live ammo on set. The judge determined that concealing this hindered the 30 Rock alum’s ability to properly defend himself, so the only appropriate course of action in her eyes was to dismiss the case with prejudice!
