Alec Baldwin Enjoys Play Time with Daughter Ilaria After Judge Upholds His Involuntary Manslaughter Charge
Alec Baldwin's wife, Hilaria Baldwin, shared an Instagram video on May 25 featuring the actor spending quality time with their youngest child, daughter Ilaria, after a judge upheld Alec's involuntary manslaughter charge on May 24. Hilaria wrote that the pair's laughter 'calms the heart.'
Hilaria's post came one day after New Mexico judge Mary Marlowe Sommer denied the motion to dismiss the indictment against Alec for involuntary manslaughter related to the October 2021 incident on the Rust movie set that resulted in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. "We look forward to our day in court," Alec's lawyers told PEOPLE on Friday after the judge's decision that his trial for involuntary manslaughter would continue as planned in July. On Thursday, May 23, Alec enjoyed more family bonding during an outing with his adult daughter Ireland and his 1-year-old grandaughter Holland at the Museum of Ice Cream in New York City, as seen in Instagram posts.
