Alec Baldwin and wife Hilaria enjoy a coffee date in NYC weeks after Rust prosecutor asks judge to reopen manslaughter case

Alec Baldwin and his longtime wife Hilaria looked relaxed as they enjoyed some rare quality time together in Manhattan on Wednesday morning.

For the occasion, the three-time Emmy winner, 66, wore a black windbreaker and slacks while his longtime love, 40, sported a blue t-shirt and dark trousers for their laid-back outing. Special prosecutor Kari Morrissey argued that the July decision lacked sufficient factual basis and did not infringe on Baldwin's due process rights. State District Court Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer had previously dismissed the case mid-trial in July, citing that police and prosecutors had withheld evidence from Baldwin's defense in the shooting that killed Hutchins.
