Alan Jackson Stuns 2025 ACM Awards With Emotional 'Remember When' Rendition

Country legend Alan Jackson performed at the 2025 ACM Awards as he confronted his health challenges and neared the end of his 'Last Call' tour

For the past year, Jackson has been on his Last Call: One More for the Road Tour, which was described in a press release as “one final chance for people to see and hear the iconic singer-songwriter perform his best-loved songs — music that’s been the soundtrack of their lives — in concert.” Jason Kempin/Getty Images“I’ve been reluctant to talk about this publicly and to my fans, but it’s been a while, and it’s starting to affect my performance on stage a little bit where I don’t feel comfortable,” Jackson said on the Today show at the time. Jackson — who shares daughters Mattie, 34, Alexandra, 31, and Dani, 27, with wife Denise, whom he married in December 1979 — noted that he didn’t want his fans “to think I’m drunk on stage because I’m having problems with mobility and balance,” adding that he inherited the condition from his father.
