The chef and recipe developer and her husband Wesley Laga welcomed their daughter Sky Lara in July 2023, making Roker an official " pop-pop." "I think she got scared with the kitchen aid," Courtney jokes, referring to her stand mixer that had just exploded flour all over the counter. On an episode of Today in June, Roker revealed that Courtney was pregnant with Sky when the father-daughter duo started working on their new project.
