Celebrating my 74th with grandkids, Claire and Jacob, and granddog, Charlie.´ The wholesome picture drew affectionate birthday wishes from loyal fans, many of whom fondly remembered some of Franken’s SNL moments. “What a bunch of #MAGAMorons,” said one user in reply and added that Franken “has the right to enjoy his birthday in peace.” Soon after, others expressed willingness for his return to public life: “Please come back to the Senate” and “We dems miss you!”
